You're One Small Habit Away From A Better Life.

My Story:

I'm a new author that wrote a book about your mindset and how much of an impact it has on your life. A little about myself, growing up, home did not feel safe where my Mom and Sister lived with schizophrenia, and as a child I never knew which version of reality I was walking into when I opened the front door. The fear and chaos in our house were constant, but the world outside had no idea.

In that environment, I learned early that my mind had to become my refuge. So I started training myself to choose the thoughts I could live in, I took even the smallest pieces of good when everything was so frightening. It was like the survival slowly became a practice: putting better (happy) in my head on purpose, again and again.

That practice is the root of my work today. I grew out of those fears, anxiety, and quietly learned how to protect my inner world when my outer world felt unpredictable. This book ( The Frequency of Life by Sena Lirasso) is my way of sharing what I learned.....and this email list is where this journey continues.
